Cancellation
Cancel your monthly subscription anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. All prices are in USD, tax extra. There is no free tier.
Period credits
Credits are granted each paid billing period and expire at the end of that period. Unused credits do not roll over.
Payment refunds
Contact support using your Creem receipt to request a payment refund. Refunds processed via Creem claw back the credits granted for the refunded subscription period. Include the payment reference; never send passwords or full card details.
Failed generations
Failed generation or render jobs automatically refund their deducted credits. Each chat edit costs 40 credits. A job credit refund is separate from a subscription payment refund.
