Account information
Sign-in is handled by Clerk. Account identifiers and authentication information are used to verify your session and associate jobs and credits with your account.
Prompts and generation data
The service processes the prompts and edit instructions you submit, along with duration, aspect ratio, job status, and output information. These are used to create your requested video and show its progress. Avoid including sensitive personal information in a prompt.
Payments and credits
Checkout is handled by Creem. Purchase references and credit ledger entries are used to record purchases, deduct generation costs, prevent duplicate credit entries, and process refunds. Do not put payment card information in a video prompt.
Service providers
Authentication, checkout, hosting, and configured generation and rendering providers process the information needed for their roles. Requests sent for generation include the instructions necessary to make the video.
Storage and downloads
Generated MP4 files are kept for 30 days. Download your finished files within that period. The 30 day period refers to video files; it does not mean all account, job, or payment records are deleted on the same schedule.
Browser storage and access
Authentication may use cookies or browser storage to maintain your session. Keep your sign-in information secure and sign out on shared devices. For an account or payment inquiry, use the contact associated with your account or purchase receipt.
